- 5 detached villas located in the pine wood of Es Caló, with 1 or 2 bedrooms.
- 3 apartments located in the converted distillery in the centre of Es Caló, with 1 or 2 bedrooms.
The properties are just a short distance from the small fishing port of Es Caló and the beach where you can sunbathe and swim in crystal clear waters.
Close by there are beautiful coves ideal for snorkelling, kayaking and paddle surfing.
The Campanitx Apartments are the perfect base from which to rest, relax, disconnect and enjoy all the attractions that the island has to offer.
These three modern, detached one bedroom villas in the pine wood of Es Caló, are located just a 3 minute walk from the village.
Recently renovated, they sleep a maximum of 4 people.

Nothing much. We had to get used to the noise of the nearby road. An extra hump in the road to slow traffic down would be ideal. But in the end we hardly heard it.

Es auster, net, confortable, molt tranquil, i el lloc immillorable.

Trobem que els preus pugen cada any molt ( de fet estem pagant més del doble de fa uns anys) i no se si compartim l'evolució que està tenint Formentera cap a una illa caríssima, i que a més no cuida a la gent de la seva terra que molt sovint no hi posee more
Trobem que els preus pugen cada any molt ( de fet estem pagant més del doble de fa uns anys) i no se si compartim l'evolució que està tenint Formentera cap a una illa caríssima, i que a més no cuida a la gent de la seva terra que molt sovint no hi poden ni viure pels elevats preus o perquè els fan fora d'habitatges durant l'estiu per poder llogar els habitatges a preu desorbitat. A nivell d'apartament sobra l'hamaca (posar-te un lloc que potser s'hi ha posat un altre brut no em sembla molt higiènic), netejar els sofàs que tenen algunes taques.

Respecto a los precios, es cierto que los costes en Formentera están en constante aumento. Intentamos mantener nuestros precios al mínimo, pero no siempre es posible ya que dependemos de muchos costes variables externos. De hecho nuestra subida suele estar por debajo de la subida del coste anual de precios. Esperamos podais visitarnos en Formentera nuevamente muy pronto. Saludos de todo el equipo Astbury. |

Poor clarity in the apartment description, it's important to note that there was a discrepancy in the initial description. While it was also stated via email that the house had only two steps, upon arrival, it was discovered that there were eight stesee more

While it was also stated via email that the house had only two steps, upon arrival, it was discovered that there were eight steps. Despite the discrepancy in the number of steps, the house was absolutely perfect and this didn't pose an issue for us, but such misunderstandings could impact the vacation experience of guests with different physical abilities.

They all have the same standard, of course, but they are all unique and slightly different in their typology, with respect to the orientation and the garden area. Perhaps one has one step, another two, due to the uneven terrain, but this is included in the description. We hope you can visit us again and improve your experience.
