As always, everything was perfect. No issues or problems. I like that we can now hire beach towels, which saves a little more room in the suitcase. The rooms are always very clean and tidy. I definitely like the new key locks. No more worrying about see more

Valoramos también los puntos que señalas para mejorar en futuras ocasiones, nos gustaría saber que aspectos mejorarías en el baño, ya que no hay algo específico, y también respecto a las almohadas, puesto que disponemos de distintas almohadas de diferentes tamaños y grosor, a disposición de clientes bajo petición cuando necesitan de otro tipo. Entendemos que cada persona necesita un tamaño diferente, y tratamos de ofrecer un estándard de calidad hotelera , que encanta a la mayoría, pero cuando no es así nos gusta también saberlo, y hacer lo posible para ofrecer soluciones.
