This is a simple, modern bungalow located in a peaceful area of countryside just 450 metres from Migjorn beach. The beautiful beach of Migjorn is just a short walk away along a quiet track. The main house has a large open plan living room / dining room, sofa bed in living room. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Separate, fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning. En primer lugar, pese a que cogimos el bungalow muy limpio (salvo utensilios de cocina), la limpieza intermedia fue casi inexistente. Fregaron el suelo sin barrerlo, no se limpió la placa de gas, dejaron la cama a medio hacer con los cojines en el susee more

Lamentamos mucho que hayas tenido una mala apreciación sobre el tema de la limpieza, te aseguro que es uno de los puntos que nuestros clientes valoran más positivamente, y hacemos mucho esfuerzo en ello . Adicional te comentaré que la limpieza que se hace al inicio, es una limpieza que implica limpieza en profundiad de todos los enseres, cambio de colcha etc. No así la limpieza que sea hace a mitad de estancia, puesto que están los enseres de nuestros clientes, y esta limpieza es un repaso, se barre y se friega, se hace un cambio de toallas y " refresh" de la estancia, pero no se hace limpieza profunda en cocina, cambio de colchas y demás. No obstante tenemos muy en cuenta tus comentarios y esperamos puedas visitarnos nuevamente en Formentera muy pronto y mejorar tus impresiones. Gracias y saludos de todo el equipo Astbury. |

Respecto a la cobertura que mencionas, te comentaré que esto es algo que ocurre en algunas zonas de Formentera, y es ajeno a nosotros, hay zonas que por estar menos pobladas o en zonas de menos acceso tienen menos cobertura que otras, pero a cambio la tranquilidad, las playas, y la baja densidad, no tienen precio. Respecto al grifo que comentas para lavar los pies, te comento que sí disponemos de una ducha exterior en los alojamientos. Si vuelves a alojarte con nosotros te indicaremos la ubicacion de esta ducha, y esperamos encuentres mejoras con respecto a la vez anterior. Non sarebbe possibile per noi fornire il servizio di pulizia giornaliero come in un albergo, ma cerchiamo di adeguarci alle richieste dei nostri ospiti. Los cortes de luz no son algo frecuente en Formentera, si bien, en época de tormentas puede ocurrir alguno, pero queda solucionado en un breve lapso de tiempo. Respecto al agua, la calidad del agua es acorde a lo que se obtiene en esta zona de la isla, quizá en algún momento encontraste algún sedimento de tierra, esto puede ocurrir en época de lluvia, pero es algo poco frecuente. Esperamos puedas visitarnos de nuevo pronto y cambiar tus impresiones a mejor. Saludos de todo el equipo Astbury. |
